Terms for ShipToPost
These terms explain the basic conditions for using ShipToPost, including draft generation, credits, payments, and GitHub access.
Use of the service
ShipToPost helps turn real builder activity into editable draft content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish anything the product generates. Generated drafts may require changes before they are accurate, appropriate, or useful for your audience.
No automatic posting
ShipToPost creates drafts, not auto-posts. You stay responsible for what gets published, how it sounds, and when it goes out.
GitHub access
ShipToPost is designed to use read access to supported GitHub data. It does not require write access to your repositories and will not push code, edit files, or make changes in your GitHub account on your behalf.
Free features and credits
Capturing work and managing drafts may be provided for free. Content generation uses credits. Free monthly credits, credit pack sizes, pricing, taxes, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Payments
Paid credit packs may be sold through Paddle. Prices may be localized and displayed prices include VAT or other applicable taxes when required based on your location and Paddle's calculation. Payment processing, invoices, taxes, refunds, and related payment handling may be subject to Paddle's terms and policies.
Refunds
You can request a refund for unused paid credits within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used to generate content are not refundable.
If a content generation fails because of a ShipToPost issue, the credit is returned to your account.
To request a refund, contact support at support@shiptopost.com using the email address connected to your ShipToPost account.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch timing, specific pricing, or continued availability of any feature. Product details may change before release.
Availability
The product may change over time, including features, integrations, and availability. ShipToPost may update or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Acceptable use
You may not use ShipToPost to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with the service, abuse credits, bypass limits, or access data you are not authorized to use.
No guarantee
ShipToPost is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that generated drafts will fit every audience, platform, or use case.
